Shipping policy
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All of our coffee is freshly roasted from local roasters to ensure maximum flavor and quality. Please allow 7 business days before your order ships.
Each order is carefully packaged by hand, to give your order attention to detail and quality control.
All orders are processed within 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
This notification will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us using the chat feature below with your name and order number.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is currently only available within the United States.
